Soft washing is a gentler technique that relies on chemical cleaning agents rather than water pressure to clean surfaces. We prefer using this technique on more delicate surfaces like, Roof shingles, Glass doors, Windows and screens, Stucco, Cedar shake siding, Wood panel siding, Vinyl siding and outdoor furniture. 

With soft washing, We apply a solution of appropriate detergents, fungicides, and algaecides to the surface and let it sit for a few minutes during which time it soaks and disintegrate the contaminants. Once the mixture sufficiently loosens and breaks down the contaminants, we rinse away the residue with very low pressure (about 250 to 300 PSI).

Pressure washing is a more intensive process. While some may combine this technique with detergents, the strictest definition means using plain water. The success of this technique relies on the high-powered jet of water the machine produces (up to 4000PSI).
